· I-Card is compulsory in the Library and Reading Hall. Students will have to make an entry in the register while entering the library or reading hall.
· Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited in the library & reading hall.
· Junior College & Under-Graduate College Students can issue Two Books on their Library Card. Post-Graduate Students, M.Phil & Ph.D Students can issue Two Books on their Library Card.
· Renewal of books will depend on their availability and requirement of same by other users.
· The students are required to check their issue/return details in the library card before leaving the counter.
· Silence has to be maintained in Library & Reading Hall. Both Library & Reading Hall are under CCTV surveillance.
· Reference books & Journals will not be issued for home lending. Students can access them on I-Card in the Library or Reading Hall. Assistance regarding Reference Books will be available from the Librarian, Assistant Librarian & the Junior Clerk.
· Fine of Re.1/- per day will be charged on late return of book borrowed on library card.
· Internet can be accessed @ Rs.10/- per hour in the Library only by the College Students on producing the College I-Card. Use of pen-drive is prohibited. Usage of Internet by faculty members is not chargeable.
· Photocopy of max. 20 pages of books & max. 05 pages of journal will be available in the library @ 1 Rupee per page. Entire Book or Journal Issue cannot be photocopied. Theses and Dissertations cannot be photocopied.
· Loss of book should be immediately reported to the Library and should replace the same with a brand new copy or pay the fine decided by the library committee.
· Students must submit books issued by them immediately after their final examination gets over.
· A student after completion of the final year will get refund of Library Deposit. For refund a student is required to return all the library books and carry original fee-receipt of the first year of the course. A student should obtain "No Dues" Stamp on the original receipt from the Library.
· External users who are not a member of the library can sit in the library and refer to the required books/journals with permission from Principal Sir. They are not allowed to borrow resources out of the library. Photocopy will be provided on chargeable basis.
· Difficulties if any should be discussed with the Librarian.
· Suggestions are invited from the students for the betterment of library services.
SC and ST category students and TYBSc students can issue BOOK BANK SET for every semester.
